Starter bolts and headbolt washers for 2000

I was searching the archives and did not get my question answered.

I would like to know if the metric bolts for the starter on a 2000 are
fine thread or coarse thread.  I don't want to cross thread these.  I
did see the size at M10x1.5

Do all of the head bolts have 2 washers.  (2000)  All but 2 of mine have
2 washers.
