Demon,
The carb responds to differential in pressure. So in the "blow through"
application
the carb is sealed inside a pressurized box. Obviously the fuel pressure going
into
the box has to be about 3 psi above the turbo pressure.
Much simpler in this day and age to use fuel injection.
