Another 67 2000 for sale

Hello All,

After the small debacle with the guy who advertised his 68 2000 as a "car 
MANUFACTURED in late 67", another 67 2000 has appeared for sale on 
Traderonline.

Certainly not as nice as the yellow Canadian Solex that Mike Young has for 
sale. This one sounds like a project car. Does anyone know this car?
