Yes,I have recently picked up a new addition to the Datsun Family.....a 1966
Nissan Silvia. I just retrieved the car from the Shipping Docks in Oakland.
I had the car imported from Hawaii.
Rumor has it that approx. 9 Silvias were exported to countries other than
Australia. It appears that this car may have been sold brand new in Hawaii
-- the title has a 'date sold new' with a date of 8/29/1966.
I was shocked to find that the car started right up and ran really well when
I picked it up from the docks. Cosmetically, the car could use some serious
work....but all in good time.
