Hello everyone, I just wanted to write and thank all of you who wrote me
regarding this car that I had for sale. I basically got pretty close to
what I asked for it and was pleased with that, The person that bought the
car was also pleased. He felt like he got a good deal on the car, as it is
mostly complete and is a matching numbers cars. I was glad to see the car
go to someone on the list. My wife was excited to get it out of the garage
as she wants me now to concentrate fully on my 67.5 2000.
So, this is the plan (kind of a note like Andrew's) Strip the car the
rest of this month and store parts,
then take the body off of the frame, clean, degrease, then paint,
reassemble. then off to the paint shop by late September or October. Then
install engine, fix all mechanical (brakes etc.) finally interior and then
hopefully I will get it on the road before March, that way I can do some
driving soon. hope to finally meet some of you next year at Solvang.
