Don't forget the major PITA w/ "crate motors" from abroad: many are for RHD 
markets and you will find different drillings for accessory brackets. This 
prolly won't be an issue w/a Roadster since you're fabricating stuff anyways 
- but something to consider. (Was a big issue in the shops I have worked at, 
but that was for stock app's including a/c p/s etc.)
