Oh, please think carefully before ripping out solid metal lines that
are responsible for carrying highly flammable liquids underneath a car
that spends its time flying along the road (and sometimes off the road),
and replacing them with something that WILL deteriorate over time, and
will likely rip apart in a collision or hard landing.
If I lived in the salt belt, I could argue some potential corrosion
advantages, but I think overall you want good, solid, hard steel.
