Hello all,

     Having been in the radar business for the last 20+ years I would have to 
say that this pure snake oil. I won't go into the wavelength, impedance 
match, lossy material stuff but lets just say that if it really worked the 
government and drug dealers would be buying tons of it. Some of the RCS 
(radar cross section) reducing devices on the market do work but this is not 
one of them.
