Fenders will fit but there is a difference in the sheet metal at the
upper back where they meet the door. May fit funny.
Hood, not with out modification. '70 has dual brake master cylinder
that requires a cut out on the hood frame, and the hood holder-upper (sorry
to be so technical) is on the wrong side.
Bumpers, YES, although you will have a license plate light in the '67
bumper and two on the '70 tail panel. IMHO, do away with the two '70 lights
on the body and use the one in the '67 bumper - looks a whole lot cleaner!
Doors, Darn good question? The door handles are different, inside and
out and as you mention the vent windows are different, but it should work.
And with the doors and fenders, there is a difference in the side trim
and logos on front fenders.
