a.  27 mm.
b.  use a deep socket with 1/2" drive (Only rotate it CW)
c.  It is usually 10:00 but can be any of the four.  If it doesn't 
    work at 10:00 email. 
d.  order is 1342 dist turns CCW. (crank the engine with the cap off 
    and you'll see.)      DON'T forget to take off the wrench!
