I know that Gasket Works had an R16 copper gasket, don't know about U20:

i'm not sure about 2 head gaskets, but i know that felpro makes copper
spacers and thicker gaskets for alot of datsun models (i don't know
specifically about roadsters) so you might want to check that out first.
