MVSS probably stands for Motor Vehicle Safety Standard. This part number
probably refers to a shatterproof glass that is FMVSS (F standing fir
Federal) compliant. I believe shatterproof glass became mandatory about that
time ('67).
Just a guess. sounds logical, though, doesn't it? ;o)
