Using a test light, begin at the brake light switch and check for power. If
there isn't any at either wire, go back to the fuse box and check for power.
If there is power at the switch, push the pedal and see if the power comes
out of the switch on the other wire. If it does, prop something against the
brake pedal to keep switch on, and follow the power to the trunk. Eventually
you'll find where the power stops and hopefully you can see where the broken
wire or loose connector is and repair it. You're the electrical detective and
you have to follow the power to close this case!
