Thanks Jerry! I was a cycle commuter for years when I lived in Florida and
you have to exude the SEE ME!! attitude and Know for a fact that they don't.
These skills directly transfer to Roadstering.

I'm always APPALLED by the lack of skill displayed by So. California
cyclist! They ride like the world is there to look out for them - WRONG.
You've got to ride like, "this is my road too", "I'm am a vehicle!", "This
is my lane!" "Move over sucker!" And the most important mantra is "look me
in the eyes!" no eye contact means they are going to hit you. with eye
contact means they may hit you anyway!

Some "A hole" threw something at me one day and was very surprized by this
raving maniac when I caught him at the light. The kid ducked down under his
dash while I vented on his rear view mirror and artistically denting his
fenders. I guess he thought I was going to pull a .45 out of my fanny pack!
