For those of you who have followed my progress with SRL311-00489, you know
that very soon I am going to get a soft top installed. Now when I bought the
car, it had a hard top on it with broken '66 latches and a crumbling front
seal. Well, it served its purpose while I had it, but now it is sitting in
the driveway and the girlfriend has said "Get rid of it". I totally agree.
So if anyone wants it, it is free for the taking minus the latches. Now this
hard top is no prize. It only has rear mounting hardware on one side and has
no front seal at this time. Still, all of the glass is in good shape and the
shell is not cracked or even worn out. It is a black top with the
circle-shaped rear windows.
So the first person to reply to me that they want it has one week to come
pick it up in Laguna Beach, California, then it goes to the dump.
