I have had one for about 2 years.  100% cotton.  Seems to have held up well.  
They cost more than an off the shelf shirt from Target or Sears, but you have 
to look at the thing as a piece of art.  These are exclusive print fabrics, and 
the quality is very high.  The link you provided gives a good representation of 
the actual product.
