I read once about a guy who was intent on keeping his brand new Porsche.  
Apparently it was a rare special order, and he had plenty of money, so he 
built a 10 foot concrete block wall with razor wire and an electric fence 
line running on top to boot.  Even that did not work.  Someone showed up in 
the middle of the night with a flatbed and a crane.  Gone in minutes.  All 
that locks and TDDs will do is keep an honest man honest.
