That "white stuff" just happens to be Albino Brain Lice in the
flying, migratory phase of their life cycle. If you are ever
caught outdoors when they start to descend, you would be well
advised to hold your nose tightly, because the route of brain
invasion is along the nerves from the nasal region. Uttering
loud shrieks in a high pitched voice can help to repel them.
Mandatory Roadster Content: Various chloride compounds are
toxic to these lice. This is why public health officials urge
highway depts to cover roads with salt. A minor side-effect
is that the salt is toxic to roadsters.
