Don,

On the upper A-Arm bolts, you should be using an aircraft
grade bolt. AN7 is the bolt size, but heck if I can
remember the length. (AN7 is a 7/16" x 20tpi bolt).

Thankfully one of the racer supply shops has the correct
AN7 bolt - you'll have to figure out the length needed.
Remember there are shims that go in between the upper
piece and frame for Caster and Camber adjustment.

Sorry I do not have the length off hand. The bolts come
in 1/8" increments. The threaded area is a very small range.
Remember the "length" of a bolt is measured from UNDER THE
HEAD to the bottom of the bolt.

I also like adding a "JAM NUT" to the back of the exposed
threads. The upper frame plate is threaded 7/16" x 20tpi...
the Jam nut is just insurance for a critical application.
JRH-7 is the part number (you need four, but buy 8 as an
alignment shop will lose the jam nuts not realizing why
they were on there).

I have the TRUECHOICE catalog in front of me.
1-800-388-8783.

Keep in mind those bolts are NOT cheap... I'd expect
to pay about $3 a bolt (you'll need four of them).
Despite the price they are NOT a money maker, so might
as well order a couple of spools of safety wire and
safety wire pliers while you are at it! (Amazing how
many times I find a use for safety wire!).

Critical application... get the right bolt!

Cheers,
