Victor,
The part number you listed is the oil filter suction pipe on E-15 and E-16
engines. The 2 liter came with a tube from the factory, but I have read
were the tube is discarded by accident when changing the filter.
The tube is there to keep the oil in the filter from draining out. I have
three 2 liters in my garage right now. And only one still had a filter
tube, and it was home made.
