If this is the same Elgin Co. that I am aware of you cann't go wrong. Mr 
Elgin is held in high regard in the industry and is very inovative. He is 
also most helpfull in recommending proper springs for the valves etc. I have 
had the oppertunity to be part of industry seminars where he has spoken and  
has been part of discussion panels. Mr Elgin has his act very together.
