Swap the carb positions. If the problem moves to #2, (I think you said
4 had the problem now) It is definately the right side of the carb. Possibly
just a blockage. Inspect all gaskets as you do this.
Also some solexes do have a vaccum port (a brass tube sticking up on the
right barrel), If this is open to air that side won't do too well.
