Well probably just an unsupportable observation -- why are there so many
road rage comments associated with areas around large cities.  Could it be
the number of folks and density -- maybe but since Gordon, David and Toby B.
live around Seattle, a.k.a. latte land, its cause is probably the wankers
ordering quintuple shot skinny lattes at the local Starbucks(of which
Seattle must have more than the total production run of the 2000's) before
they head out into traffic.
