"dash cap"?

Is anyone familiar with any supplier that has, or can get a "dash cap" for
the flat dash roadster.  I checked with two suppliers.  Neither had them.

I purchased a "dash cap" for my late model roadster from Whitney and was
very impressed and would like to find a similar and economical alternatie
for the flat dash also.  Would love a new padded dash but as they say "that
just AIN'T gonna happen".
