Hello All,
Just wanted to say a quick greetings to the list. I just purchased my
first roadster ('66 SPL311-03983) and I can't wait to start in on it. I've
been into street rods and type 3 VWs, but this will be my first small sports
car. I also have a '70 2000 roadster that came as part of the deal. I'll
be parting out the '70 and wanted to let the list know. No decent body
panels left, but a lot of the small items and the drivetrain is all there.

I also need some help with a problem on my '66. I have a hole in the
exhaust manifold right where the tube steps down to go into the tailpipe. I
need to remove the manifold in order to determine the required repair. Does
anyone have any suggestions to removing this w/o pulling the engine?
I have a couple of manuals (including an original Nissan SP311 service
manual), but these aren't much help. Also, are there any resources
(manuals) out there that describe the body structure and interior of these
cars?

get this little car back on the road where it deserves to be.
