With all due appreciation for Michael, I guess I wouldn't think it has to be
this complicated . . . unless we're contemplating starting a foundation or
something.
I'm inclined to send my check to Randy and let him deal with it . . . I prefer
to give a gift without strings. (Just my opinion - and I do love giving
opinions!)
