Carl,
I second what Gordon says. All the roadster suppliers I've dealt with are
honest, although quirky in nature. Just accept the fact that we're all
human, mistakes can happen, and give them time to make it up to you. We
keep them in business, and they keep our cars running. Spread the business
to all of them. If by chance a mistake happens, give them a second chance
(and a third...). And do ask them for advice, they freely give lots of good
information.
