I'd start by trying to take some side to side measurements from the
centerline of the frame at several points along the car. If that's not
practical, or in addition to it even if it is, you should be able to take
comparative measurements on both sides of the car, say from a frame
corner to a fender lip, places that logically should yield the same
measurements on both sides of the car.
