odd looking 69 2000 fenders???

my 69 2000 has fenders on it that don't look the same as most i have seen
pictures of.  the fenders behind the front wheels are about and inch or two
higher where they are closest to the wheels as opposed to where they meet
the rocker panel.  most pictures i've seen show fenders that run straight
back at the same level.  are these aftermarket?  i hope this makes sense.  i
have pictures i can email directly if not.
