The sequence is right, and with a 68 you have a dual master cylander
so as long as you start farthest and work to closest it dosnt matter so
much if you do back or front first. And if they still needed bleeding, you
wouldnt have brakes or they would be really soft brakes, IE,
they wouldnt be froze up. If you put on new rear shoes did you adjust the
brakes all the way in manually, to make up for the thicker lineing?
(the star wheel thing). Then take them out so they just rub. For the
fronts, You need to squish in the pistons with a C Clamp to make
room for new thick pads. If you didnt put on new pads, or the brakes were
free before you started bleeding, then you have a dirty or pitted
wheel cylander or piston that has caused the jam up. Then again,
could be something completly differant, but these are the things I have
seen before.
