frozen drums (1500)

Lads,

Here is a correlary to the bent frame problem.  The
drums are frozen up pretty solid.  I tried a little
persuasion from a hammer and was met with resistance
(pun intended).

I am not 'skeered' to put the torch to the drums to
free them, but is this advisable?  Removal of the drums
will allow the frame to be easily moved to a location
where the "real work" may commence.
