I would like to put in my 2 cents worth about electronic ignitions.
There is no comparison it's like the difference between a candle and a
light bulb, you can relight a candle or replace a bulb, but look at the
difference in the light. I've got an MSD unit on my roadster and it is
hot ignition. When I first got the car back together I put an old coil
wire on it untill I could get a new one. Must have had a lot of
resistance cause it burnt it into, that's hot ignition. I've had the
same unit since 91 so they must be durable too. Bill 66&67 spls
