I might as well jump on the bandwagon-  I have a house on the end of 
a dead end street on the end of a mountain in the middle of the 
Shenandoah valley in Virginia- about 70 miles west of Washington, DC 
(considered commutable distance) with a kick-ass view and over 3000 
square feet of garage that I'll throw in around 20 roadsters (have 
had up to 24 inside) and sell for that same 120k Jeff Smith was 
talking about.........2 1/2 acres......any takers?
