Try cleaning the ground at the rear bumper and check the connections at the
voltage regulator on the steering column.

Subject: fuel guage questions
I have had a problem with my fuel guage. It would read 3/4 full when the
tank was full. So I adjusted the back to move the needle slightly. It
worked a couple of times, then it started to do the opposite (it would say
I had a 1/4 tank when the tank was empty)
I checked the float, it was ok.
I cleaned the sending unit.
I am stumped. Any advice??
thanks for any suggestions
Eric
