Do it yourself and be sure what is done and how it is done. Failing that,
get several EXCELLENT independent references for whoever you are going to
turn it over to. View the work done on other vehicles and be satisfied in
your own mind that you trust the individual.
I take it that the 5% is largly cosmetic, in which case the above applies to
trusting someone to do proper body and interior work. This applies to any
type of restoration work. If, on the other hand, you are talking about
engine mechanical (especially timing chain and/or head) be sure the
individual has specific U20 experience.
