If two coats of DP 90 are applied, the sun will only cause some blushing of
the top surface. The primer will not totally break down. Underneath the
vehicle on springs, there should be no problems. Another note: When sand
blasting, do not use metal treatments. Immediately prime. The metal
treatment can over react the metal at the surface when sandblasted or glass
beaded. Also, do not use rags after blasting. This may cause "wicking" if
fibers are left on the surface.
