Thought everyone would get a kick out of this:
My wife, Joanne, is the librarian at a local high school. This week they
had a bunch of kids visiting from Japan. They are from a town in far
northern Japan, like a 2-hour bus ride to the train station, then an 8-hour
train ride to Tokyo.
Anyway, they were in the library today, and none of them spoke ANY English.
Joanne was trying to communicate with them, so she dragged out her copy of
the Dream Garage poster and pointed to the roadsters. The kids went "Ah!
fair-LADY! fair-LADY!"
See, it isn't so hard to communicate.
