I'm sorry that Gene didn't read or was confused by the string, I'm sorry he
signed on with "boxing gloves" to an unspecified non-subject in mid-string,
I'm sorry if my remarks are "vulger insults" while his ridiculing my age is
"teasing". I'm extremely proud of my 26 years of Chapman Lotus
stewardship. I'd hope my defense of the Chapman Era list might be a
positive for Gene, a member.

In the past it was "obsolete cars" and then there's the "flat-earth"
reference that crops up . . . call us over-sensitive! ! !

Never has that non-issue been threatened .. .. I'm sure we all have that
same
belief and we can ALL exercise that belief without dishonoring the Chapman
cars or the Chapman Era list.
We've both been out of line for our own reasons . . . . I'm over it; please
get over it.
