Hi,
I have an older 215 that was bored/ stroked to 305 by Ray Baker. It's a
great engine but now is getting tired. This 215 block obviously cant be
taken any larger so I'm planning to get a 4.0 block and use the 300 crank
and heads in a newer 4 bolt block.
It's been quite a few years since the earlier engine was done so I'm going
into sticker shock at prices for Rover engine rebuild stuff like gaskets,
rings, etc. Any suggestions out there for the best combination of lower
prices/ decent service? Thanks!
