Curtis et al,
The question still is whether there is a misalignment of the intake
manifold/valley cover gasket that is not mentioned in any of the articles,
including the March, 1985 Hot Rod Magazine one. Jon did a test fit and saw
a problem. I cannot do this check myself, but am very much interested in
the answer. I am aware that these heads have been used for years on these
engines. I hope to do this myself in the near future. So, once again, is
there a problem and, if so, what can be done to solve it?
