90wt oil won't work, but grease will work. Unfortunately, it can be very
messy. There's a cleaner method, and that's to use white bread. Pack it
in, pound on it with your dummy shaft, add more bread, pound away. The
bushing will be pushed out.
Another method is to tap the bushing, and use a bolt to draw it out. The
bolt will push against the end of the crankshaft and push out the bushing.
The white bread method is quicker, though.
