New information query

Hello to all,

        I just spoke to a guy on the phone regarding some 215 stuff he has
for sale and he told me he saw a very recent (last month?) article in a
popular car magazine discussing new info. on boring, stroking, etc.  Only
problem is he can't find his copy and doesn't remember for sure which mag.
He made it sound like it is an update of the old Baker/Lagrou Hot Rod
magazine article.

        HAS ANYBODY ELSE HEARD OF OR SEEN ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ????????
