FWIW, the GT6 rear end is considered marginal for the GT6's stock 100 bhp.
Some people have suggested to me that a Quaife differential might be able to
handle the V8 as some autocrossers apparently are reportedly running 150+
bhp engines with that setup.  Ted Schumacher (TSI Imports) recommends a
Datsun 510 rear end.
