The kit you refer to for the 240z was called the scarab. If I remember
correctly, the kit was for an automatic only, but I could be wrong. If
someone wants more info I can look in my old issues of kitcar magazine and
get some hard facts.
speaking of magazines, I get a mag out of the UK called Triumph world, and
they always have a few articles dealing with the 3.5 buick/rover. this month
they have an article on a 3.5 buick into a Stag, and also a tr7. Just
thought I would pass along the info.

Robbie, I don't know about the Rover V-8 but I worked with a guy a
couple of years back who had a Chev 350 in a Z-240. Very Fast - He
purchased the kit from; I beleive a Calitornia company and it was a
“BOLT IN” kit; required no welding. I have no idea where he
lives now, but you can easily find out where he bought the kit by
contacting “SPECIALTY CAR” mag (formerly KIT CAR) and they could
tell you.
