Yes it's appauling to see for us old British car lovers. However, it
may not be
as bad as you think. Have you ever seen the movie "War of the Roses"?
I wouldn't let that movie in the house, due the a Morgan being run over by an
SUV. Then on an trip, I got talking to a mechanic who new the
car. He said that
that car was in bad shape and in need of a restoration. A deal was reached
between the car owner and the movie company, that after the movie was done
with the car, they'd have to restore it. Which they did to some
extent. It was
brought back to live as a vintage racer.
So then I was willing to watch the movie. :)
