Just because it's not in Moss' catalog doesn't mean it's not available.
When I
rebuilt my rack a few years ago I was able to get a pinion bushing form
Just Brits.

Moss doesn't carry them, or at least didn't then.
I suspect Just Brits is a Moss parts reseller, but they did order a
couple of
these bushing for me from an UK source.
