RE: Ebay Scam

I got to wondering where some of the scammers and spammers were getting my
email address; checking eBay's "Notification Preferences" I note that there
are now check boxes for "special promotions", "telemarketing calls", and
"direct mail".   I don't know that there's a connection, but I don't want
any of those things anyway ...
