Depends on the part of the 60's.  The first half is represented by the 
Silver Cloud III, which is a wonderful car and is pretty straightforward.

The second half is the Silver Shadow and T-Bentley (I have a T) and is much 
more complex.  The brake system has dual high-pressure (2500psi) circuits, 
uses a special brake fluid and also controls the rear ride height.  They are 
GREAT cars but a bit much for a home mechanic to restore.  Maintain a good 
one, sure.

Anyone contemplating getting one should join the Rolls-Royce Owners Club 
(www.rroc.org) immediately.  They are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.
