A.B. Bonds,
Well, you simply must pick up the Moss Motors MGB catalog which has a handy
chart of color names, factory codes, years and, most importantly, aftermarket
codes so you can have your local supplier mix up the proper color.
According to the chart 1973 roadsters and GTs seem to have been available in
two yellows:
Bronze Yellow - factory code: BLVC15 (described as dark yellow) or
Harvest Gold - factory code: BLVC19 (described as muddy yellow).
There seems to be a large selection of ugly brown-tan-mustard-yellow colors,
but only 2 in 1973. If you like I'll copy the chart and send it to you as an
attachment.
