Soon after I got The green Rover (1960 Series II Land Rover 109) running
back in '78 the very first place I got her stuck was on a gentle hill in
long damp grass. One wheel on each end spinning. It took me a while to
get over having a big bad Land Rover stuck on a gentle slope. Those
Michlin XCLs just could not find a bite on long wet green weeds. ... oh
how embarassing!
